Ingredients
1 apple, cored and chopped
2 whole cloves
1⁄4 cup boiling water
optional —
¼ tsp ground cardamom
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
Instructions
Bring the water to a boil, and then add apple and spices. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes with the lid on. Serve as is, or top with ghee, fresh lime juice and a pinch of salt.
