Each workshop is 1-3 hours, depending on your customizations and group size. The location may vary. In most cases, I come to you! Whether you’re staying at a local hotel or an airbnb, I will arrive with all the supplies and ingredients we need to make the most of our time together. What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is a full-spectrum system of healing.

It is distinct in that it emphasizes prevention and customizes wellness techniques to the unique constitution of the individual. Ayurvedic treatment focuses on diet, daily and seasonal routines, body care rituals, herbal remedies, oils, bodywork, yoga, meditation and other subtle therapies.

The word Ayurveda is translated as “science of life” — it is the wisdom to live well. 'AYUR’ means life and ‘VEDA’ means knowledge or truth. This word is used to describe the vast body of healing knowledge that traces its roots to India, where the foundational wisdom dates as far back as 5,000 to 6,000 BC.

MEET MOLLY McConnell

Molly McConnell is a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, Wellness Educator, Yoga Teacher and self-proclaimed Self Care Extraordinaire committed to living intentionally and supporting others in their process to do the same. She strives to uplift themes of collective wellness and radical self-love in all that she does.

Molly found Ayurveda as a means to finding herself while journeying through India more than a decade ago. It was the discovery of this all-encompassing philosophy that enabled her to connect more deeply with herself and with others — to honor and appreciate the fine line between human resilience and fragility.

She enjoys bringing Ayurveda to beginners and experienced students alike! Her approach is accessible, engaging and connected.
